Candace E. West is managing editor of both Reverberations and The Immanent Frame, and program officer for the religion and the public sphere program at the Social Science Research Council. West holds a PhD in religious studies from Stanford University, where her research and writing centered on religious ethics and storytelling. She has contributed essays to two volumes on popular media, and continues to write on kyriarchy and representation in popular culture and public discourse.
